Free Minor and Revision Updates Guarantee Pierson Software offers Minor and Revision updates to our customers free of charge for the specific major version purchased. Check for updates via our website, click the "Check for Updates" menu item in the Help menu or allow the application to check for updates automatically. 90-Day Upgrade Protection Guarantee Pierson Software offers Major updates free of charge only to our customers who have purchased one or more licenses, either full or upgrade, within 90 days of a major update release. Check for updates via our website or allow the application to check for updates automatically. Major updates require a new activation code. Call us and we'll take care of you. Pierson Software wants you to be satisfied with the purchase of our software. If you are uncertain that our products will meet your expectations, we recommend that you take advantage of our product evaluations and research the product on this website. If you indeed feel that you need to return a product, you must make your request within 30 days of purchase. Pierson Software reserves the right to deny the refund if you do not have proper documentation of the sale. To request a refund for your purchase, please call us. We ask that you explain what the problem was and why you want to return the product. We will also need your order number and customer number. You will be emailed a "Refund and Destruction Agreement" form that you will need to complete and return by fax. The form requires that you provide your customer number, order number, name, address and email address. You must also agree to and sign the destruction of software agreement located on the form. You will be required to uninstall the software and destroy all downloaded files; including copies on hard disk, CD or DVDs used to make archival backups. In addition, your current activation code will be disabled. Upon receipt of the completed form and we have reviewed it for accuracy and completeness, we will issue your refund. If the original purchase was by credit card, we will need the credit card number and applicable information to process the refund. Expect to see the returned funds in a few days after approval. If your original purchase was by Purchase Order/Check, we will issue a refund by check. Expect to see your refund in the mail within seven to fourteen days. Refunds are available for full software licenses and extended support contracts only; upgrades and other services are excluded. |
